gettext 0.17 installs generic (i.e. not directly related to gettext)
m4 files, such as size_max.m4 in $prefix/share/aclocal. It shouldn't
do this as this can introduce clashes with other software. It seems
that Fedora has removed such files, but these files are in Debian
and in MacPorts (which just builds gettext in the standard way) on
Mac OS X.
