Sorry, no; I don't have the resources to enforce a regular schedule.
There are test releases in <ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/diffutils/>, and
the latest one is more recent than the release that you mentioned. A
test release is long overdue, and I'm working to generate the next
one. But there is no official schedule for future releases.
