I say "should not" on purpose: If someone would distribute such binaries
of gettext, I would receive the numerous "But it does not work on my system"
reports. Similarly with Emacs. These cries for help would land in your
mailbox. Therefore "should not", as a term that refers to an act that can
harm us, is justified.
