Those /directory/ pages on www.gnu.org are a little strange. They are
redundant with the /software/ pages, but different. For fileutils
they are also old but I have no way of updating those in /directory/
only those in /software/. I believe someone had an idea to create an
alternate path and it probably seemed good at the time. But IMNHO it
was not a good idea and it has never been cleaned up.
