gettext - msgmerge wish

Hello,

I am an active translator of many software packages.

One of translator 's goal is "accuracy", for that goal, translator
should not rely on msgmerge's word-to-word behaviour. That is, in
different condition, translation of "Something A" can be
"Translation A", "Translation A1", etc.

So I wish, when using -C  introduced in gettext-0.10.40, there
is a parameter, which forces -C'ed translation to be marked as fuzzy.
This give translator a better chance to check the translation.
