c-format bug (or feature?) in gettext 0.11

From: Cristian Othon Martinez Vera
Subject: c-format bug (or feature?) in gettext 0.11

I've found a bug (or feature?) in gettext while I'm translating gcc to
Spanish. In these particular cases, when the msgid is c-format and I change
the following letter after %0, `msgfmt' gives me an error. It doesn't depend
on the zero number, the issue appears with any number after the percent
sign. If I omit the `c-format' attribute, it works. If I add the
missing/changed letter, it works. Tested with gettext-0.11. The cases are:

%0 -- c
%0 -- l
%0 -- m
%0 -- u
%0 d
%0 f
%0 i
%0 m
%0 o
%0 u

Following some examples:

If this is a feature, please notify me, and I'd complain with the gcc
maintainers. :-)
