Hello,
XEmacs and GNU Emacs are differing in their Mule-API and therefore the
| (modify-coding-system-alist 'file "\\.po[tx]?\\'\\|\\.po\\."
| 'po-find-file-coding-system)
statement[1] works with GNU Emacs only.
The attached patch defines the `po-find-file-coding-system' function in
the manner as it is expected by XEmacs or GNU Emacs.
