Hurmf!  Now I have to buy Windows to use that Windows emacs feature,  
Sounds like a IE conspiracy.

Look, those Windows users are "enjoying" directories on top [mmmm,
kinky] every day while we here on GNU/Linux can't even handle that
position, sheesh.

I mean of the 143 things ls can do, even colors and live video what
have you, it can't do the almost most basic thing the other guys do
for breakfast, well, I'd say it's time to send in the bug brigade an
get ls "up to industry standards" :-)

P.S. Mr. Lack: I carefully said "a" default instead of "the" default
because I might not have a handle on what I'm talking about :-),
furthermore, you mentioned a DOS prompt whilst I mentioned Windows.
If it isn't the default then at least it is one of the first things
one learns to activate there... [tastefully displaying my _lack_ of
familiarity with proprietary systems.]
