PSPP-BUG: [bug #59673] cross compilation is not possible

Follow-up Comment #10, bug #59673 (project pspp):

I am trying now the path of building pspp native on openSUSE with 
--without-gui --without-cairo

That would give me the ability to copy pspp in the correct directory when
cross-building 

Unfortunately I now get the error:
