PSPP-BUG: [bug #33250] Error with frequencies on MSWindows

Follow-up Comment #16, bug #33250 (project pspp):

I somehow think a MSWindows bug in XP and 7 is a too easy reason. But as it
came up and disappeared without any change at the PSPP site and the fact that
there was not a problem on Wine I can´t think of another reason....

I will ask the original reporters if they can check again. 

The suggestion to check the number of cases against the expected number of
cases seems a good one in all circumstances. It should not cost much cpu
power.
