More of a long term thing, but I think we should have Author-IDs to
allow for multiple people of the same name.
I think that maybe that date/time shouldn't be in the article as if we
plan to introduce GPG digital signatures we don't want to add data
to the article which will break the GPG data. (Perhaps we should
have a post-submision section which can contain details which
should be removed from the article in order to verify the signature)
