Actually, there should be converters, so to speak, to take documents created 
with a variety of word processors, such as MSWord, StarOffice, etc. This 
way, the authors should not have to worry about the conversion.

Thus, there should be an effort in making a set of tools to convert from the 
various format to GNE's XML DTD.
