The problem is that links go dead after a while and when that happens, the
quality of the GNUPedia is reduced. That's why I agree that links should
be added seperately. The main body should be real content, otherwise we
become dependend on the black pit of chaos commonly know as the world wide
web. This is a similar problem that a couple of central bugreporting sites
have had. Software manifacturers would no longer explain their problems,
but merely put a link to their own bug reporting page, to generate hits on
their own site. I think you have to take into account that people will try
to use the GNUPedia just as a directory to get people to read their page.
Lack of content would be a reason not to publish, I would say. We have to
have to content and not be dependent on content of third parties.

This makes sense. If there are to many people who find the material
shocking, you can put it in a special section or even refuse.

But we have to be careful. We want to screen out people who want to
generate hits for their own pages. We want to screen out people who want
to use us as a place to put illegal (damaging or seriously copyrighted)
stuff.
