We'll accept plain-text files, so that would be no problem.

It's ok to start.

I think linking to other web pages is part of the freedom of the 
encyclopedia. We should add a note saying that the GNUPedia mantainers are 
not responsable for the content on that site. That's all.

Obviusly, someone's will check that site before posting the article.
