GNATS problem

Hi all,
I've installed GNATS via a package out on www.sunfreeware.com on a Solaris
2.6 machine. When I try to use send-pr, however, I get the following
message:
send-pr: could not read /usr/local/share/gnats/vnet for categories list.
I was under the assumption that everything I needed would be in the
package.
Any thoughts?
