No PRs in gants-queue wenn i send PR from tkgnats

hello,

I have created one PR from Tkgnats and i sent it succesfully to Gnats-DB.
The Problem is that this PR didn't arrive  on the qnats-queue file of gnats.
I've checked all configuration's files, is OK.
At July 2001 we have started with gnats in the office without problem, we
have created over 100 PRs.
I think it's problem with "queue-pr" file
Can somone help me to find the error?
