Does GNATSWEB 2.9.0 support...

hi,
I have couple questions about GNATSWEB:
1) Can i add new fields to GNATSWEB?
2) Can i have 2 or 3 larger categories (for each product release) and then 
have other categories under each product? what i mean by that is that can i 
have 2 large databases and break them down into sub-DBs?
3) how can i take out the "unknown-1.0" from the 'Release' field?were is it 
defined or included?
4) can i have a drop down box for 'Release' and list all the company SW 
releases?

i need answers to these Q's ASAP!!!
