Hi there,

 

I got this email address from the web. Some Questions about GNATSWEB are

1) How GNATSWEB is useful in a company?
2) Can a Problem report send by a user have immediate response?
3) Some basics about GNAT like each and every request/response has to work
by email or is there any other faster way?
4) If  you can suggest some web site for GNATSWEB that would be handy too

 

Could anyone help me in clearing my questions.
