Gnats-bug

Hello,

We have Gnats installed for fault reporting and  three days ago , it has
stopped working;

The following lines are in alases file;

gnats-admin:    gnats
bugs:           gnats-q, gnats-log
gnats-q:        "| /etc/smrsh/queue-pr -q"
gnats-log:      /usr/local/share/gnats/gnats-db/gnats-adm/bugs.log
query-pr:       "| /etc/smrsh/mail-query"

The fault reported using the template is updated in bugs.log but bugs
database is not updated and hence the fault gets lost;

Queue-pr -q  seems to be putting the bug in the queue(cant confirm ,but
the directory gnats-queue is updated with timestamp )
Queue-pr -r is supposed to run in the crontabs ;
whether the problem is with queue-pr -r option or
with file-pr , i am not sure;
can anybody throw some light where the problem could be ?
