I am really thankful to GNU organization as well Rick MacDonald for giving
me good support in installation of GNATS bug tracking system..

It's working fine.
I would like to take back up of all my bugs. For that what I have to do??
Please tell me about..

Second things, If any person from outside my company would  like to fix bugs
on my gnats-server. What is the procedure for it?
