There is no description about new-line code and character code set in the
documents.
Would you add the answer to the following questions to FAQ?
Of course, they are dependent on whether a plugged-in parser is used.
Q10. Can GLOBAL running on a UNIX machine treat source files
which include DOS/Windows style new-line code?
And vice versa?
Q11. I want to analyze source files written in Shift-JIS.
Is it necessary to convert them into another character code set?
Which character code set is supported?
