Hello again!

A nice feature to be able to have only one database for splitted source
trees would be the inclusion of an append function to gtags. 

If you could run gtags in several passes all pointing to the same
database with an incremental option it would be a great extensions to
global!

ie:


cd ./tree1
gtags /home/teh/my_develop_root
cd ../tree2
gtags -append /home/teh/my_develop_root
cd /home/teh_my_develop_root
gtags -append /home/teh/my_develop_root


 Is this difficult to implement?
