Would it be an idea to also ensure that global constants and maybe
variables also were included in the GTAGS file?

OK. I understand.
I have changed CVS version of GLOBAL. The -s works well with
GTAGSLIBPATH.

By the way, I will improve gctags to pick up macros without argument and
typedef name as GTAGS(GRTAGS)'s items not GSYMS.
