[Bug-ddrescue] Suggestions to rename "logfile"

Please allow me to post a late contender: block map.

If not explicitly specified on the command line, create a block map with <name 
of output file>.map  - e.g. when recovering to ~/rescue.img, create 
~/rescue.img.map
When destination is a device, create <sourcedevname>.map in the current 
directory - e.g. sda1.map for /dev/sda1 -> /dev/sdb1 clone.
