We built CVS ourselves using 1.12.13 source files.

The platform is:

CentOS release 3.8 (Final)
Linux 2.4.21-47.0.1.ELsmp #1 SMP Thu Oct 19 11:33:45 EDT 2006 i686 i686 
i386 GNU/Linux

I have attached configure output (config.log.gz) to this email.
