1) cvs is not diff. They are two distinct programs. Yes, cvs may *use* diff
internally, but it is not diff.
2) cvs does *not* use the -N option.
Since cvs is not diff, and cvs does not use the -N option, why document it?
By documenting the option, users are misled into believing that the option
actually does something useful.
