I'm not familiar with acer.  Would you mind clarifying exactly what steps
you went through where you finally found bug-coreutils as the suggestion
for who to contact for help, so that we can try to reproduce the process
you went through, and identify if there would be any wording changes in
the text found along that path to improve the likelihood of pointing
people in the correct direction?
