cfd is core dumping on HP-UX 11.00

I am having trouble with cfd core dumping.  This happens on multiple
boxes, but it does not happen all of the time.  It does happen typically
multiple times in one week.  I thought it might be a problem in version
1.6.2, so I upgraded to version 1.6.3 last week, but it is still
happening.

I do not have experienc at debugging core files, so I don't know how to
tell what is causing the problem.  If anyone would like to look at the
core file or give me instructions on how to proceed with figuring this
out, I would be very appreciative.
