Also, renumbering the m4sh diversions might be worth mentioning in NEWS
Sure, done in the attached. Though things are messed up here, as the manual's Text processing Macros node suggests m4_divert([0]) in a place where a named diversion wouldn't work, and tests/m4sugar.at tests that. Can you think of a good fix for this?
