I've encountered a bug in APL Package Manager, a log of my session is
attached along with a tar ball of the package manager's directory.
I tried the same commands under version 1.8 and did not encounter this bug.
I started supporting APL Package Manager in version 0 2 3 of my APL
Library in June of 2019 and have never gotten all of those workspaces
ported to the package manager. I'm in the process of getting a new
version of APL Library ready and have reduced the number of supported
workspaces due to other errors I've encountered.
So I'm not sure how much work ought to go into this bug or whether I
should continue to support the package manager. Any thoughts would be
appreciated
