Here is an observation that probably makes no sense, the note is there 
in BE but the index.sql file still is not appearing in the 
.bibledit/notes directory. Also, the note I just created, though it 
appears in BE, I cannot find it in the .bibledit/notes/data directory 
where all the other notes are.
