Thank you Birch. I am using version 3.7 and I don't find an "export" feature under the file menu when I have the keyterms window open. Perhaps this was added in the subsequent versions?

These are stored in a sqlite database at:

~/.bibledit/projects/<project>keyterms-renderings.sql

These can be accessed by any program capable of reading sqlite
databases.

There has not been made a provision in Bibledit itself to access the
renderings.
