Details:

In BE 3.1.11: File/Project/Compare/Portion/Change does not allow to select
books, if 'Print Changed Verses Only'/on . (shows all changes in all
books).
If 'Print Changed Verses Only'/off it works OK.
In the Compare Project dialog the Portion changes to: all/part , according
if all or only some books are chose (OK).
