Summary: button in resource converter to convert all files

Initial Comment:
It may be helpful to include a button to modify all files in a directory with 
the settings of the current resource converter dialog.

The settings of the dialog should then be stored in the dialog for making the 
new resourcer, so that if it is called each time, it retains the settings. 
Store on OK.
