Summary: BE to remember verse reference defaults

Initial Comment:
In the footnote entry box, BE remembers the setting of whether the user wants 
the chapter and verse formatted with a colon or period, and whether the user 
wants a trailing colon. It would be nice if the Tools > Origin References in 
Bible notes    routine would also remember the same default.
