The Bayonne2 driver needs some work, and then some testing, but it 
should be possible to get it running.  It also uses the msgport for 
events rather than pipes (as Bayonne1 did), so it should not be 
difficult to get working on Microsoft Windows once it is working on 
GNU/Linux.
