Default settings are include CallerID support for your board (and I do not know how to turn it off|on). Configuration file is not sutable to find out what standard is used. I do not remember actual link, so you have to search intel.com site for datasheet for D/41JCT-LS. And I beleave your phone line provider has some technical support, try to call them to find out if callerid service is enabled...

These boards use FSK 1200bps data packet between 1st and 2nd ring as carrier for CallerID information, this is an american standard and is also used in some other countries, sorry I do not know about Japan... As for Russia - our standards are different, so internal callerid feature for analogue boards do not even works...
