I didn't look at your patch, but since you wrote that it is impossible
to change the fuse and lock bits while "safemode" is enabled, unless
it's already done, please do also implement a warning if someone tries
to change the fuse/lock settings while safemode is enabled (either by
using the respective -U option, or directly in terminal mode).
