Where do I get this "stk500boot.c"?

I have made the change for avr910 back then. I haven't changed 
"stk500.c" because I couldn't imagine that someone would need to run 
it at a different baudrate ;-)

So, no objections here.

Looks like a candidate for programmer-dependent options ;-)
