In attachment, pgmspace.h and an example linker script (avr6).
Changes in pgmspace.h against

:
- documentation related to PROGMEM_FAR and PROGMEM_SEGX added - I don't
doxygen so please fix formal errors
- pgm_read_xxx_seg1() macros are now defined for the xmega with RAMPD and
m103 too
- minor tweak in PSXSTR macros - the optimizer copes better with | than +
