Details:
The BOOTLOADER_SECTION macro in avr/boot.h is useful for SPM code.
For the XMEGA devices the bootloader section size is not configurable by
fuses, and hence it would be great if the toolchain had this symbol predefined
in such a way that you don't need to add -Wl,--section-start=.bootloader=0xXXX
to the makefiles for the XMEGA devices.
