Summary:  The PSTR() macro doesn't work with C++.

Original Submission:  As written the PSTR macro doesn't work when used in C++ 
modules.

Attached is a patch which appears to fix the problem.

I've compared the generated asm from a C program both with and without this 
patch. There was not difference.
