Oh, in your first mail, you only wrote about the compiler.  But i
implictly answered the rest as well: each of these tools has their own
CVS, because each part is maintained separately.

For the GNU stuff, walk down from http://www.gnu.org/ .  For avr-libc,
go to http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/avr-libc/ .  Besides the
CVS, you can also find a snapshot directory in the dowload area there.
