Either way, the series is now completely pushed!  Even better, it gave
the occasion for many interesting changes that are also completely
pushed (the AS_INIT_GENERATED interface being the only one that might be
improved still).

I'm sure there are still more places that can be functionized, but this
is already a huge step, at least for me.  I'm also sure that, looking at
the functions' code, some refactoring opportunities for low-level macros
will jump out.

Thanks to both of you for contributing towards making m4sugar, m4sh, and
Autoconf better and faster, either through these very thorough reviews,
or through your own patches.
