Understood, let's do it.

I definitely not a pro wrt CVS and release management with it.  In
particular, I suppose it's something like 2-50-freeze that we branch
and keep HEAD as the dev trunk, but I'm not even sure.  So I'd like to
delegate this to someone.  To be frank, I don't want to do anything
but checkin, update, diff, add, remove and checkout with CVS.  Lars,
would you handle this?
