[Aspell-user] Aspell installation

Hi,

I have just installed aspell 0.50.1.
I would like to have a single ~/.aspell/ directory in each account, containing 
the
personnal aspell.conf and  *.pws *.prepl files.
I tried to change home-dir in /etc/aspell.conf but it made no change.

Do you know how I can do that ?
