[Ampu-dev] Initial library API proposal now online

Hi folks,

The AMPU site now has an initial LibAMPU API proposal online.  

Essentially, this is a manual which has been automatically generated
from a diagram, so don't expect great documentation.  Details will be
filled in as soon as possible, and the actual diagram (a Dia model) will
be made available too, with other skeleton code, and maybe a glade GUI
mockup, although that's VERY FAR from a solid idea.

As I say, this is a far from complete or concrete proposal, but
hopefully, this will give other developers a better idea of what I'm
thinking, and how they can contribute.  So, in that spirit, I wanted to
make it available as soon as possible ;)
