I got it!I used mencoder by the command line to convert them to AVI using mpeg4 for video and vorbis for sound, and then used ffmpeg2theora to finish the job. Now I made a Perl script to convert all the rmvb in given directories to Ogg Theora this way. I'll post the script here when I'm done testing.
