I think we should follow the standards. (No "pb").
The language is "Portuguese" (pt).
The regions are:
- BR - Brazil
- PT - Portugal
So...
pt - for neutral portuguese translation
pt-BR - for brazilian portuguese translation
pt-PT - for lusitanian portuguese translation
