Hi Jonathan,
The "-O1" parameter seems to help. Though I'm not too sure what's the cause.
pdf2swf -O1 file.pdf

I have a pdf file I created, the file is here:

I use pdf2swf to convert it to swf file, but I get a green background for
the image on the pdf file
